Every PAWMAT is made to order. Here is how long that takes, what delivery costs, and what to do if something isn’t right.

Where we ship

Returns of personalized mats

Because each mat is made for one pet, personalized mats cannot be returned for a change of mind unless the law where you live says otherwise. [Confirm this with your legal adviser for each country you ship to.] This does not affect items that arrive faulty or damaged; see below.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your mat arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order, contact us within [number] days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will remake it or refund you, as set out in our Refund Policy.
