Which size should I choose?
Small is 30 × 40 cm, Medium is 40 × 60 cm and Large is 50 × 70 cm. The preview draws every size to scale next to two 15 cm bowls, so you can see how much room is left around the bowls you use today.
How long can the name be?
Up to 20 characters: letters (accents such as ë or ñ included), numbers, spaces, apostrophes, hyphens, periods and ampersands. You can also leave it blank for a plain mat.
What is the difference between standard and premium?
Premium is the upgraded material option for $5.00 more per mat. Draft answer: full specifications for both materials will be published once our manufacturer confirms them.
What do I get with the two-mat bundle?
Two identical mats with the same size, color, shape, name and finish, with 20% off the second mat.
How do I clean it?
Draft answer: wipe it with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air-dry. Final care instructions come with the supplier specification.
Where do you ship?
Draft answer: shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over $49 ship free.
Is the preview what I will get?
The preview is drawn at true scale from the same measurements, color, shape, font and name that go into your order. Screens show colors a little differently, so the finished mat may look slightly lighter or darker.
Can I change the name after ordering?
Draft answer: each mat is made to order, so contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes are possible until production starts.
